Job Description

We're hiring a full-time MECHANIC to perform maintenance of our rental fleet and prepare new equipment when it arrives from the manufacturing company.

Pertaining to rental fleet: This mechanic will perform all maintenance of the rental fleet per the owner’s manual. Before all equipment goes out on rent it must be inspected for any possible issues and again upon return.

Pertaining to new equipment set ups: This mechanic will need to follow setup instructions for each piece that comes from the manufacturer. This will include assembly, inspection, fueling, greasing, and cleaning where necessary.

This person would report daily to the Service Coordinator who will assign daily and weekly tasks, monitor progress and efficiency rates, and assign training where necessary.

Hours

The position is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and one Saturday a month. Overtime may be available.

We are considering both experienced and entry-level mechanics for this position. There is path for advancement.

Applicant should be a self-starter, self-motivated, hardworking, pay attention to details, be a quick learner and pleasant to work with. References should be provided who can vouch for both character and work ethic. While not required, activities and hobbies that pertain to our industry are a plus and will demonstrate both interest and understanding of our industry.
