Our SERVICE & RENTAL COORDINATOR will work in the parts department and assist with all phone calls, emails and walk-ins. Their primary role will be to oversee and manage the service department and the rental fleet.

Their secondary role will be to assist in the parts department. This includes ordering parts from distributers and filling parts orders. They will work closely with the Parts Sales Representative to quickly, efficiently and professionally help each customer who calls, emails or walks onto the property. Customer service is extremely important to our brand.
The SERVICE & RENTAL COORDINATOR will report to the Store Manager.
The position is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 8 am to noon. One to two Saturdays off each month.
We are considering experienced applicants only. Applicant needs to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industry. Someone who has previously worked as a service and/or rental coordinator, as a parts sales representative or service technician at a tractor or auto dealership who can demonstrate the ability to be highly organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment would be ideal for this position. Applicant should be a self-starter, self-motivated, hardworking, attentive to details, a quick learner and pleasant to work with. References should be provided who can vouch for both character and work ethic.
