Sales Representative
Immediate opening in tractor, equipment and powersports sales with the largest dealer in Northcentral PA. Candidate should be results-driven with strong interpersonal skills, a problem solver, and possess some basic knowledge of tractors, farming, construction work and/or service knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to sell tractors, equipment and powersports equipment and complimentary products and services to residential and business customers
- Cross-sell service, rental and parts departments.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Staff off-site events when necessary
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Maintain a clean, orderly inventory inside and outside
- Greet all customers quickly with a friendly and warm attitude
- Promptly direct customers to the appropriate department
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Set-up signs, banners and other displays when directed
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in-person, on the phone and through all digital correspondence while on company property, at company sponsored events, wearing company logo, and driving company vehicles
Preferred Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of company’s products and services. Training will be provided.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Hours
This position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturdays 8am to noon as scheduled.
